A range of relocation options

Any organisation – whether a company, research centre, laboratory or institution – interested in relocating its headquarters or creating a dedicated facility within the Park should contact Kilometro Rosso s.r.l. (see the ‘Contacts’ section).
During a preliminary interview, and without obligation for either party, checks will be made on the alignment of the potential tenant and the Park’s general approach.
In terms of the property solutions available, tenants can choose from a wide range that encompasses everything from the simple relocation of offices and laboratories to the ‘turnkey’ purchase of an existing building. Alternatively, tenants can purchase a plot and then build on it on the basis of a design by the tenant’s chosen architect. If the tenant decides to go down this route, the only condition is that the building must be coherent with the Park’s underlying architectural concept, as stated in the plans specified by Jean Nouvel.
