Innowatio S.p.A. is a newly funded energy group engaged primarily in wholesale operations and energy services for large industrial and commercial customers. Our mission is managing the electricity cost line-item as an asset rather than as a business expense for our customers.

YouTrade s.r.l. (Energy Portfolio Management and Demand Side Management Services company) and YouSave s.r.l. (an Energy Service Company) are the operative arms of the group.
YouTrade s.r.l. offers its customers the opportunity to switch from traditional energy purchase and supply mechanisms to electricity management as an asset, aiming at controlling volatility of energy pricing and costs. Conflict of interest is avoided by restricting YouTarde from prop trades and by pointing on profit sharing agreements (related to the customer’s savings) as its primary remuneration policy. Yousave S.r.l. provides energy audits, aiming at identifying and exploiting energy efficiency opportunities. We operate on the full energy efficiency chain, offering also planning, design, and implementation for energy efficiency projects. Investments are in fact evaluated by mean of a classical “ESCO” methodology.

Development of innovative generation projects, with special focus on micro-generation, renewable energy, biomass, and related labels (white and green certificates, carbon credits), is also in focus.
