Porsche Akademie is part of Porsche Consulting, a fully owned subsidiary of Porsche AG (the worldwide known sportscar manufacturer) founded in 1994 as the result of the turnaround and rationalization of the firm’s production system that has turned the company from a Mass Producer into a Lean Manufacturer.
The skills developed through the optimisation of the company’s production system and of the performance of its suppliers were then so required by the market to lead to the decision to establish a firm devoted to consulting services.

In particular, the Porsche Akademie is a training centre that offers training for both its own employees and for third party companies. The Akademie is specialized in Lean Management, in optimizing and streamlining of value creation processes, in eliminating waste and redundancies, in simplifying product and processes, while aiming at the same time at achieving a cultural change in the actors involved, following the “Continuous Improvement” Philosophy.

Our Client base has been growing steadily and includes now companies from the automotive industry, to the mechanical and civil engineering sector, as well as from industries such as and construction, household appliances, furnishings and banking, in Europe and Overseas. The results of our consulting and training activities are continuously tested in the different project we develop for our parent firm Porsche.
