The building is located between the Centro delle Professioni (Professionals Centre) and the site of the Mario Negri Pharmacological Research Institute. It is composed of a linear volume, four above-ground floors, it holds office districts and facilities area. The plans develop along various levels and wide open spaces, alternated by vertical linking blocks which allot the inner space and trace obliquely the external parts.
